Java Cannot Create the File When the JARfile is in an Admin-Protected Directory #1

Therefore, a .bat can't be created in a directory such as C:\Program Files, C:\Windows, or C:\ProgramData.

Hopefully this will be fixed in the next update and UAC will be triggered for Java, not the Batch script.
