Updated the EKF and TRIAD libraries to have boolean indicators. Updated TRIAD to compute the quaternion from inertial to body, not body to inertial. Updated rate transitions in the state estimation library.
Need to re-check/rerun unit tests.
Stress test written and passed. for secondary test, open the signal streamer and plot the two streaming signals. One is the flag that goes high when the estimate switches to the TRIAD quat in the event of a gyro failure. The other are the flags that indicate the estimate is being passed through without update in the case that the sun/mag/MT flags indicate the sun/mag measurements are unavaliable.
The slx file for the test causes the sensor flags to fail one at a time for 10 second intervals.
