make update/close changeset easy for beginners #12

New translators who might not be versed with concept of updating and closing change sets might have difficulty in closing changesets. can we rename update names to save names because without updating/saving drops changes when closing (maybe add waring when closing too) . Also can we move active changeset button next to two other buttons and add tooltip something like 'click to finish upload'. Or Keep active changeset and number at the same place, but add a new button to close changeset (call it Finish or something) next to other two buttons.

Some user guide is missing here indeed. The idea should be similar to normal OSM edit: edit some tags and upload the changes in a batch with a comment. We can add some tooltips and texts to tell users.

Why bother closing changeset at all if it complicates UI and confuses users?

Open changesets will be closed automatically after 1 hour of inactivity, see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/API_v0.6#Changesets_2 (this is for example how StreetComplete works AFAIK)
