No tracks detected with overlap tracker when first frame has no spot

If no spots are detected in the first frame, or if they are deleted, the overlap tracker is not able to produce tracks. If spots are detected in the first frame but are then filtered out, the tracking works.

Tried with ilastik detector, label image detector and hessian detector.
