Fix the readme markup on Cells 3

The extra grave accent messes the formatting of the documentation in Cells 3, which I'm forced to use for now.

I inherited a legacy codebase 😬

But I'm specifying a JIRA ticket to get things up to date. Can you suggest more reasons?

Another point

Cells 5 is coming soon and it will be easier to upgrade (might work seamlessly).
