Main text methods.

Possibly add to figures of main text?

Decide whether to fit multiple kernels or run with one main type.

Fitting Abarms kernel is very time consuming, not clear what gain is.

Either way need to make clear that there are other types.

I think that we need to decide pretty soon which kernel we want to use. I'm happy with replacing the version that we have here because the key points don't really vary. At the same time the Abrams kernels are more complicated to compute because they involve more quantities and fewer that can be computed in parallel. Thoughts?

Looking through the models section, I feel like we're going to have to justify adding yet another one. At the same time, it's not like the "current" ones are widely used or understood (I think) in the literature.
