Unknown Error when logging in #48

I recieve an unknown error when logging into the configuration site. I did try logging out and logging back in both ways.

I'm getting the same error just noticed it hasn't been working for a bit, any suggestions to fix?

Try installing x86 VC 2013 if your on windows and restart plex

Thanks for the suggestion, didn't make a different for me though. I'm running Windows Server 2016.

I too get the same on my Synology system, tho Windows system works fine...it didn't work before, but I hadn't installed the add-on...now it's installed, it's working fine...I guess the reason is the plex-trakt plugin not working right on the Synology as it's missing apsw and I can't seem to work out how to fix it...

On my Synology system, I managed to sync up some movies play status and rating. But the TV shows have not synced at all. I was trying to bring down all the info from TrakTV to my virgin Synology DSM 6.2 installation. Anyone know how I can find a LOG file to get more information? I tried a search but cannot seem to find it.

Ok, I found the log file, and will raise my query as a new Issue.

Same, the console shows me the following error:

Any development on this issue? Have the same issue...

No reply. I find that new TV entries are syncing but historic ones are not synced. I have checked the log file, but you would need to be the original coder to understand what it means.

I am not sure there is any way to contact the developer.

Let me know if you hear anything.

After installing x86 VC 2013 and reinstalling the plugin from the webtools I was able to get access again.

Mine is running on Synology server, so perhaps that is the issue?
