Add My Netflix plugin handler to handle scrobble of tvshows/movies from netflix plugin.

Im not sure if people use this plugin to play or just downloaded, guess needs some research on how people use it and whats available.

OnlineVideos now has a NetFlix SiteUtil, this can now be supported by our OnlineVideos handler if SiteUtil author implements ITrackingInfo.
