Make builds available in maven central repository #24

Currently there are a few versions up to 2.1.0 in the repository. I don't
know who deployed them. Making newer ones available would spare people of
stumbling over old bugs (2.1.0 has a very, very nasty bug I won't bother to
report, since this version is quite old and the bug is not present in 3.x).

Please let me know if you want my pom.xml for this project.
