Refresh the access token every 7 or 6 days. #26

After long time running, the spider got "check sign error" from Tencent Weibo API. The reason for this should be we forgot to refresh the access token on time.

For now you can add the same agent by follow the README again, it will update the existing agent rather than store a duplicated one.
