Build documentation #241

I've created better build documentation for Kohi. With these instructions, most folks should be able to build on Windows or Linux with ease.

Since I do not have a macOS device, I was unable to significantly improve the build documentation for that platform.

Please let me know if you would like me to revise anything!

The Windows build documentation could be simplified depending whether PR https://github.com/travisvroman/kohi/pull/245 is accepted.
