This PR makes to remove redhat-lsb-core package runtime dependency.

I'd confirmed that rpm package building and confirmation on testkitchen's default-centos-75.

I think this looks good. I hope recent CentOS 7 users use systemd to manage the program, so the impact should be minimal.
