Vault test issues: #1772

Task Description

members see the start pipeline button, and do no see any active pipelines nor have a map button
removing and adding a vault in pipeline view does not repopulate covars etc...
result issues
sometimes the user is not deselected active
delete the old regressions omg
GICA does not autofil

The only regression that needs to be removed is "Ridge Regression (Singleshot) - FreeSurfer Volumes", but that is after adapting Ridge Regression (Multishot) - FreeSurfer Volumes to make it singleshot with one step. Will have to do that after the workshops be because currently the FS vaults are tied to that regression.
