Auto Grab Frame (30 secs) crashes config program #9

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Right click item
2.Choose auto Grab Frame (30 Sec)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-Plugin should grab a frame at 30 seconds

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-v0.5.0.104, win 7, MePo 1.2 (final)

Please provide any additional information below.
-This would also be great if the default time (or better yet, percentage of the
total video length) could be configured within the plugin.

Manually grabbing the frame seems to work fine.

This option was enabled for artist and is only valid for tracks. Disabled for
Artist view.

This still happens when trying this on a track (not an album).

I can't seem to recreate this - is this all files or some?

I've only got a few for testing, but it does it for all of them. When grabbing
a frame manually using the gui it works fine, it's just the auto grab at 30
seconds that fails. I've attached a mediainfo file to give you the details of
the file.

I'm testing it on some kids tv shows (this is what I intend to use the plugin
for) which are around the 20 minute mark, perhaps it's the length of the video?

That does not look to be a problem, can you delete your mvCentral.log, load
config and try the grab, exit and attach the log - it might give some more info.

thanks

Here you go, unfortunately it looks like it crashed before it could add any
relevant info to the log.

My question is why use mvCentral for this? TV-Series has been set up to allow
you to put unaired kids shows in with all your other TV episodes... read this
