Add Makefile, update planes.rda #13

I added a Makefile. Most of the data files depend on flights.rda, so this will ensure stuff gets rebuilt in the proper order. I thought I was addressing issue #9, but I think this may have been closed. Feel free to reject this. You folks are too fast for me.

Thanks @PirateGrunt! One thing though: Your commit overwrites all the data files, not just the planes data. Can you remove the the other data files from your commit? Thanks.
