TVAULT-6284 : DevOps changes for VM Migration tool

  1. Moved nginx dir, docker compose yaml and vmosmapping conf from vmosmapping repo to cfg repo. Removal of respective files/folders from vmosmapping repo is pending.
  2. Modify docker compose to use vars.
  3. Added env file for user to define vars.
