DesertStar SeaTagGEO support #109

Add support for DesertStar SeaTagGEO tags.

Example data attached. Look for the SDPT_GEO<*.> packets

Not sure why I closed this, as it was never implemented.

This issue remains unresolved because there was insufficient time remaining on the contract to complete it by the time the example data was available.
