problem: don't need properties field when creating NFT

This is now covered by the markdown field.

The description and name field should be a maximim length (something that works well with the display UI where we list all the auctions)

@ExcessionAtEsperi what should be the max number of characters for the description and name? and should the markdown field be rename to properties or should we assign it a different name?
