All the available component should appear in the palette view

Currently only Tapestry's built-in components appear in the palette view. It 
would be extremely helpful to display application's components in the same 
view, as shown in the screenshot.

Also if using any Tapestry library, it would be helpful to see the components 
in the palette view. 

Probably we need to configure a set of root packages to look for components to 
be displayed in the view.

This is feasible but very difficult, it asks we build Web Page Editor's palette 
dynamicly, bad implemention solution may even affect this tool's operating 
efficiency
