Continuation of NAS-131896 after upgrade to ElectricEel 24.10-RC.2

From NAS-131896 it is clear that I must be on the Release Candidate and not just on the stable version to get help.

I have completed the aforementioned upgrade and app updates. Immich still has deployment errors and no Web UI. Though it errors during the update it shows "running" with intermittent "deploying" being shown in the app window.

Long story short I still have no Immich app and do not want to loose the date I have stored.
