Add menu option to stop centering on My Location #259

When I'm on a track, sometimes I need to use MyTracks to "look around" to get 
my bearings. I'd like to be able to surf around without MyTracks constantly 
re-centering on My Location.

Please email if that doesn't make sense.

In My Tracks 2.0.2, if you look around, My Tracks will no longer recenter your 
location.
