Objective

As a developer of trust-net DAG protocol, I'd like ability to test the protocol network with a large scale deployment.

Acceptance Criteria

Build a dockerized load generator application that can submit transactions on different shards as following:

applications will instantiate multiple submitters
applications will register specific shard based on run parameter
applications will submit transactions from submitters using simple sequencing schema across different shards
application will generate periodic world state info in report
world state report should be in a format that is directly comparable between different instances of the application
