Add a way to force-reset all saved keys #41

I'm on a site that had been running the OpenSSL keys, which was not correct. No way to remove from the database except manually.

Maybe there should be an ability to force reset of all the saved options, keys, settings, etc.

Keys can now be reset via #46. So I believe we can close this.
