Changes to Table types section to improve clarity #52

Some of these look like bigger changes than they are because of github formatting but I made no informational changes. This PR is mostly to enhance the table and provide formatting that hopefully makes the information a little more clear

Adjusted Summary section to 15 tables instead of 13 as that's the count I think was intended.

Added abbreviated names of sections to table for clarity.

Adjusted each section so that the selector code was emphasized for clarity.

Adjusted section formatting in some sections to make it easier for a reader to figure out the tables vs informative descriptions of the tables.

Some small typos/wording changes.

Split out count codes into a list for clarity.

@SmithSamuelM oh sure. Maybe I can pull out the code types in these sections to the bottom which would help make the connection between each table section and the code summary table below.

@SmithSamuelM removed italics and added a summary list of the tables at the top of the section.
