East Asian GRCh38 LD files #4

Hi trynkaLab,

I downloaded the GRCh38 LD files from your dataset and I noticed that these files are Europe data.

Would you mind telling me how to create these GRCh38 LD files from the East Asian dataset or how to create the dataset?

I downloaded the East Asian LDscore from ldsc (https://github.com/bulik/ldsc). It is possible to use it on CHEERS?
