Increase CI Integration Test Wall Time #431

Extends the wall time for the integration test run on the AWS EC2 to 10 hours. Tested three scenarios:

Workflow run with no results changes (current PR state)
Workflow run with profiler (> 6 hours, does not timeout)
Workflow run with results changes + automatic commit (commits new data, passes status checks)
