Hi @tseemann , I am trying to run sequin on the generated .sqn files. I get this error:

./sequin genome.sqn
Vibrant applications require X Windows
Segmentation fault

What could be a reason for that? Any help is much appreciated! PS: I am working on HPC cluster running Linux Kind Regards. Stan
