Continue interrupted prokka run #550

Hello, Is there a way to continue an interrupted run? This would be useful if a large job was running on a cluster and killed near the end for exceeding time limits.

Hi Grace,

I don't think there is a way to resume a Prokka run. Haha but honestly 30 days later you've probably figured that out huh?
