Accepted Stamp not burned onto downloaded PDFs #937

When any of the actions that download an annotated PDF via AEV are executed, the Accepted Stamp is not displayed in the final PDF. See the gif below: aev_accepted_stamp_not_loading

Refer to #936 for a resolution on the misalignment of annotations.
