add new switch in settings #311

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. call 7499999999
2. in the logs views that calls the 7499999999@server.com
3. my provider for calls to other networks do not want to add @server.com,
call with @server.com does not work ...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the application's settings to add the switch "add the server name"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.0 on 3G version 3.1

Could you precise ?
In the logs or in recent/history view ? In the second case, it would be weird 
(look
issue 310).
In the first case, this is the URI syntax. So I think your provider is not a SIP
provider ;-)
