[New build - DEFAULT] 23w29d: Newcomer Improvements

Some improvements for newcomer after a recent wave of feedback. The gas giants apparently proved deadly.

Improvements:

• Tutorial introduction message updated
• Tutorial step asking to open the Help center added
• Tutorial shipyard renamed
• Warning message when about to collide with the gas giant.
• Cannot exit ship when flying in lightcruise with no artificial gravity unit
• Added warning message asking player to rename their ship
• Added warning message every 30 min to remind player to export their ship.
• Help center is now also accessible from the TAB menu.

Bugfixes:

• Lightcruise fuel depletion triggers lightcruise fuel drop-off

  5171 Ingot collision and gravity stays off even collector failed to collect them.

aww - a nice warm and fluffy update for the newcomers :-) (hopefully you are getting lots of new players to fund this dream that we are all sharing :-))

just a quick note - the new step pointing them to the Help tab will complete itself if they hit tab to exit the menu before opening the Help tab

anyway - good luck with tackling the weirder issues that are around :-)

(additional note - the 30 minute warning for saving mentions the Export Blueprint option - that is still currently Save Blueprint)

"Lightcruise fuel depletion triggers lightcruise fuel drop-off" Is that what was causing it? Dang, I feel dumb for not catching the lightcruise angle.

The new additions all look good! One little detail I quite like is the new icon for the current entity tab; the preview was cool but this looks cuter.

Could you please add a way to disable this? As much as it is a nice reminder for certain people it gets excessive for the others.
