Description

Adds unit testing dependencies and configuration
Adds unit tests for the Disqus, CommentCount, and CommentEmbed components
Modifies CommentCount component to allow custom classes to be passed
Modifies CommentEmbed component to pass additional props to the embedded comment iframe
Minorly tweaks the ESlint config

Motivation and Context

Peace of mind.

How Has This Been Tested?

The tests have been tested by running the tests alongside a local test site to make sure everything is working as expected.
