Describe your request

Feature: Generate an individual note for each source (PDF/ePub).
Details:
- Each source note includes:
  - Metadata, a preview of the file, and the extracted highlights/annotations.
  - Option to manually add, edit, or delete highlights/annotations.
  - Highlights are editable, copyable, or deletable directly in the note.
- Clicking a highlight navigates to its position in the source file.
