When we download a backup file, delete it then re-import it (#47), the backup comment is lost.
This may be useful for automatic backups where the messages says why the backup was made:
In that case when we re-import it, we probably want the auto-generated comment to be re-imported as well.
If the user inputs its own comment but the imported backup also contains a comment, we should prompt the user for what he wants to do:
