LSID in the Taxonomy download #6

In the taxonomy download (e.g.
http://data.gbif.org/species/downloadSpreadsheet.htm?c[0].s=1&c[0].p=0&c[0].o=40
)
bring down a GUID field (e.g. LSID) in the result set.  

(Require joining to remote_concept and pulling back (the first?) GUID
attached?)
