Video plays on Chromecast, but eventually throws "Chromecast does not support this stream" for Twitch.tv app

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a stream to Twitch.tv with Intel Quicksync as the encoder (using Open 
Broadcaster Software)
2. Load the stream up on the Chromecast
3. Either wait for it or immediately see "Sorry, Chromecast does not support 
this stream" error or it will be displayed immediately.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In some cases it plays the video just fine, but it will always eventually throw 
the "Chromecast does not support this stream" error or will throw it before 
ever playing video in the first place.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I start the stream through Android 5.0 . Otherwise I have an up-to-date 
Chromecast where the error is being thrown.

Please provide any additional information below.
Video plays sometimes, so it can understand the encoded video file. Very 
strange.
