Filter Demand Manager by Product #222

MasksOn often fulfills demands by what products/sizes they have available; right now they have to page through orders for sizes that aren't in stock in order to get to the ones they can fulfill, which is cumbersome, especially since after each Reserve click the screen refreshes back to page 1. Adding a filter for product should help streamline this process.

This feature apparently already existed in the Demand Manager based on the variables and connectors it uses, so all that was required was to restore the dropdown on that screen.
