Upgrade to Spark 1.* #17

Any plans on upgrading the calliope code to work with the latest spark release?

We do have the EA version working with Spark 1.0.x. Most of the users have moved to using the EA version and it is being used in production at many a places.

Please take a look at the build available in EA for Spark 1.0.x support.
