After using PostBuild.exe, my translations stay between exclamations #397

After using PostBuild.exe, my translations stay between exclamations, like as "!AppName!" I am using PostBuild and packages from version 2.1.15

The "problem" is "VisualizeMessages" configurations was like "true".
