Send voice/video calls
Receive calls
Participate in calls
Applicable settings for microphone and webcam (or just use the default devices as a first cut)
Not jitsi for now
Handle both 1:1 calls and conferencing, if possible (if this is too complicated, the story can be broken out)

Mockups pending. Blocked somewhat on #37
