[Historical chat system] Talkomatic bridge #132

Bridge between Talkomatic service http://talko.cc/ and Matrix. This would probably need co-operation with Talkomatic authors. Talkomatic is one of the first multiuser chat systems so this would be nice for historical reasons and to impress people about the compatibility of the Matrix.

Talkomatic has five fixed slots for people in conversations. One slot could be used for Matrix bot. Here is the contact address that they give in their web page: talkomatic.v4@gmail.com.
