Add services to control the clean motors of Roomba #35

This PR is to add SetCleanMotors service for the create_node to control the side brush, vacuum, and main brush of Roomba. It is a fun to use ROS controlled Roomba for cleaning. I believe it does no effect for turtlebot users.
