Thanks for the module. I always use it!

Would be nice to have some sort of HTML-based page or a CLI tool to convert settings from XML to HTML to show human-readable code templates variables, so one can print it out.

This is really beyond the scope of this project. That would be better off on drupal.org for the documentation project.
