consider "La Maman" italics #24

in chapter 6, there is an unsemanticated La Maman. that I haven't decided what to do with. is it emphasis? the title of the section of a page? (not merely a non-English italization because there are no others in the scans)

After translating, it appears to be identifying the person speaking, similar to what appears in a play. I'm not sure it's worth trying to preserve the special formatting since the entire phrase is now italicized.

In the page scans, the name is in italics and bold. You can use around the speaker's name and use the default small caps styling.
