Send invoice as attachment to configurable invoice email address #331

As a business customer I would like to configure an email address to which invoice notifications including the PDF invoice as attachment are sent. This allows me to provide Tutanota invoices to my accounting system without manual actions.

how does this relate to client-side invoices? The server will soon be unable to generate PDFs.

maybe we can reuse the client PDF code to offer this functionality to business customers
