lastBounds are not always updated in a multi-monitor setup #7308

When I have a multiple monitors, the desktop client always opens on the left most monitor. The lastBounds config in conf.json are only updated if the client window is resized and closed on the same left most monitor.

Closing the window on a different monitor would reset all parameters in lastBounds
