Triggering authentication then cancelling it causes the error banner to appear

Steps to reproduce

Go to: Settings > Unlock method
Choose: System password or biometrics
When prompted for password, hit return
See error banner with error: Authentication cancelled

Estimated: 2h Time spent: 2h

Test notes

[x] Error banner doesn't show on authentication cancel, and an error text is shown instead
