BUG: missing files on large drives #102

large drives, over >2TB, in this case 18TB formatted with NTFS-3g89, have a problem in Linux, when used from USB3.0 havent tested SATA.

dont know if the problem is Dolphin File Manager in Kubuntu 22.04.1 LTS or NTFS-3g89 driver,

i guess is the ntfs-3g driver, because that problem only happens with NTFS formatted drives.

when i write files, Move folders to the external HDD, some files dissapear, vanish, next time/day/week i try to expand the folder to see inside.

directory tree is still visible, but files gone.... empty,

probable cause: multiple Tabs in Dolphin file manager, i shift+delete a different file or folder, the shift+Delete command is sent to other tabs/folders using ntfs-3g when i interact / expand a different folder on other or same tab, like a Megaphone or MIDI stuck Notes,1,2 files are erased when i click expand other folder, files vanish in front of my eyes. thats my guess.

very annoying bug. i havent tested Paragon ntfs-3g driver to see if also happens. but... i have tested the HDD in Windows 8.1 built-in Error detection, and error block scan using HDTune Pro also searched missing files using MiniTool Partition Wizard Pro

seems Linux driver creates some errors on large drives. but missing files cannot be recovered easy, Not linked to Empty folders.
