DNS over HTTPS is so useful, it will increase our privacy by encrypting DNS request with ssl, and our traffic cannot be easily monitored by network operators
When the DNS protocol is encrypted, an organization can no longer use a DNS query's data (query type, response, originating IP, etc) to know if a user is trying to access a domain, let alone trigger a blocking or redirecting action on it
