[NewFeatureRequest] DNS over HTTPS just like what Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox has? #660

Hi LakorTI/Tufayeng, can you please add this feature? Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox has it DNS over HTTPS is so useful, it will increase our privacy by encrypting DNS request with ssl, and our traffic cannot be easily monitored by network operators

When the DNS protocol is encrypted, an organization can no longer use a DNS query's data (query type, response, originating IP, etc) to know if a user is trying to access a domain, let alone trigger a blocking or redirecting action on it

Any update on this? I'm looking for a nice browser that supports DNS over https, it would be a good add to Via for privacy and security.
