Add navigation cue/pointer and/or crosstrack to follow an imported track while recording your own

Give option to "play" or "follow" an imported track/kml/gpx while 
simultaneously recording your own.

In other words, import other people's rides/hikes/runs and add a turn or 
direction arrow to the stats screen of your currently recording track so you 
can essentially navigate to follow someone else's route while recording your 
own progress.

Could be a simple arrow indicating relative direction to the loaded track (the 
one you want to follow) or a "crosstrack" field (i.e. - distance/error from 
planned track like in aviation) or even an upcoming direction a la google maps 
navigation.
